Those who registered for poster presentations are asked to prepare posters in a vertical format. The maximum size that fits on the poster boards is A0, so please do not exceed this size.

For research presentations, the allocated time for each speaker is 15 minutes including questions. If you want to make time for Q&A, make sure to fit your talk to maximum 12 minutes.
